About Your Order

How do I place my order?

Simply choose the item on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

How can I cancel or modify my order?

After you’ve placed your order you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

Please make sure to include your order number and the details of the order you would like to cancel or modify.

Each order is processed within 24 hours, so you won’t be able to cancel or modify your order after 24 hours.

I have placed my order, but I did not receive a confirmation email yet?

First, please double check your spam folder. If you cannot find it, don’t worry. You can email the details or your order at support@rubycarol.com and one of our customer support representative will get back to you.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, every product we ship out is tracked until it's delivered. Once your order is processed, we will email you the tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 6 days since you’ve ordered your product, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JBC and Diners Club cards as well as Apple pay.

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

What is the type of currency on your store?

All our prices are in US dollars.

Shipping and Delivery Information

When should I expect to receive my package?

It takes us 3-5 days to ship each item.

Shipping USA: 2-3 weeks.

Shipping International: 2-3 weeks.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within 30 days (USA) and 30 days (international). Please email us your order number and item details at support@rubycarol.com and one of our customer support representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

I ordered wrong size or color? What should I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the 24 hours have passed, please email our support team and we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy!

I received a wrong item? What should I do?

If you receive a wrong item, please email our support team here and we will offer you a free replacement order.
